I started using this Chi swing machine today in hopes that it helps my lymphedema. I researched several and settled on this Sunpentown model. Others cost way more than I wanted to spend, $[...]. This was around $[...]. I’m a little leery, especially because I haven’t read anything that says that it will help lower-extremity lymphedema, which is why I bought it, but what little research I’ve done suggests that it gets the legs moving at a decent enough pace that I think it should help the lymph nodes drain. So I’m hopeful.
The machine is more robust than what I thought it would be. It’s actually < [...]>Read the rest of the review here.

Thank you for the timely shipment of the Healthy Swinger. It came just in time for my birthday. I’ve really been enjoying it and have been recommending it to friends and family.

I had this machine for a couple of months now and it still works like a charm! At first I was scared that it was of poor quality and that it would break after a couple of weeks, but I was wrong! The machine is of excellent quality and it does everything as advertised! Its very relaxing to use this, but its a bit loud to use. I wanted to use this while watching tv, but because of the loud noise, I have to crank up the volume. I like it how there is a soft cover for padding on the feet holder, since its made of hard plastic. Sometimes I wish that it was made of rubber so it would be easier on the ankles, but that would cost more. I don’t see the use of the round disk because its uncomfortable to use. I would recommend this device simply because of price, but if you can afford more, then I would recommend another machine with rubber ankle holders. Your ankles will thank you!

I use the Swing Machine twice a day and I like the effects, although sometimes they can be weird. Once my ears plugged up, like I was in an airplane. I think you need to be careful when you mess around with your spine, so go slow with the machine until you get a sense of the effect it has on you. I haven’t tried the disk (probably won’t). The cover for the ankle rests provides some cushion when you use the machine in the standard mode. But I bruised an ankle in the alternating-speed mode. (That mode is kind of nice, but it does bang your ankles around.) A friend sent me a link to a You Tube video that instructs you to drink water before using one of these machines, and to leave your ankles in place for two minutes after the machine comes to a stop. Good advice. I have recommended this product to several friends. I am glad I didn’t spend four or five times as much for the “original” machine — the Supentown machine works just fine.

I am totally satisfied and impressed with this sweet little machine. Having seen magazine ads for a similar product priced at over 300 dollars I wasn’t sure this low priced device could cut it, but it is well made, works without fault and I enjoy using it immensely. The hardest part for me is getting down on floor to use it…and of course getting back up. The “exercise” does seem to help my sore back and hips. I have had hip replacement on both sides and they do get sore, The swinger seems well made and the controls are well thought out and easy to use. Very happy and highly recommend this unit.
