    2. I have been exploring and using stress reduction methods for 20 years or more. This little machine is easy to use and gives you immediate audio and visual feedback. In addition, it gives a read-out of your accumulated points so you know when you have done enough to elicit your ‘relaxation response’. As someone with ‘attention deficit’ (ADD), I found regular meditation to be frustrating as my mind would frequently go drifting off. With the Stress Eraser I am kept on task with moment-to-moment feedback. I have found my sleep has improved greatly (especially returning to sleep after middle of the night trips to the bathroom). I liked it so much I bought one for my wife who is loving it too. I bought mine from the company for $179 + shipping. Found much better deals online for my wife’s. Buy it and use it. It will improve your life.
