    2. Got this set for wife’s labor use. It’s a good way to divert some attention away from the pain and helps in the overall stress relief of the delivery. At first, didn’t think 4 of these were necessary, kind of made the price too high, but we lost 2 of them before getting to the delivery room so fortunately we had 2 more stored away in the bag.

    It uses mini pebbles inside and a stretchy yarn like fabric outside. The hard pebbles is a nice change from those gooey squeeze balls, it’s got more friction so during intense pain, you get more feel from this type of material. The outside soft fabric is a nice touch, stretches well and comfy on the hands. Size is medium, fits smaller to medium hand shape, people with large hands may feel this ball is too small.
