    2. I had a terrible stiff neck and could hardly move my head without a lot of pain. My mom had been given this wrap as a gift and she suggested I try it. I was wary at first because I had tried things like this in the past with no success. I used it hot and wrapped it around my neck. The aroma alone was relaxing. After about 20 minutes I reheated the wrap and put it on again. I wore it this time for about 45 minutes. By the time I was ready for bed my neck no longer hurt and was so relaxed that I felt like it might not be able to hold up my head. I was pleasently surprised to see how well it really had worked. I would recommend it to anyone with stress tension in the neck and shoulders. It really does work, so well that I am buying one for myself.
