    2. The Balls did come in about 4 days however i was not happy with the weight of them or the design i was given i would recommend them for someone who doesnt care.

    3. The balls are supposed to ease tension and stress but it doesn’t for me. It feels smooth in your hands once you get into a groove but thats as far as it goes. The sound is gives is calming and when your fingers cramp up like mine it is good to have but as far as relieving stress I advise that you drink herbal tea.
