www.evamarklund.com An EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) video to help relieve ANXIETY and STRESS. EFT is unsurpassed in relieving immediate stress, fear and anxiety very quickly and easily. Anxiety is a more complex issue, and usually needs more thorough work. I’ve been very successful using a combination of EFT, TAT and the German system of Colorpuncture to release contributing factors to the stress, relearn negative patterns of thought, and to rebalance the energy system from a habitual state of anxiety into one of ease and relaxation. TAT, Tapas Acupressure Technique is my method of choice to release underlying trauamtic events. It is truly painless and superbly effective. Please visit my website for more info on how to use these EFT and TAT to regain a sense of Peace and Ease.

  6. I’ve had some recent breakthroughs with my breathing and have settled on anxiety. I took a very stressful job and it got a million times worse. Had my first night time panic attack and called it quits. Since then I’ve started taking Lexapro daily and 1mg ativan at night when needed. AMAZING results! I’d avoided meds with great passion but these combined have improved my quality of life 100%! I’ve learned that my anxiety is very real. Thanks for your concern!

  10. @FenderMadison Feel like that a lot, I’ve gone through a lot of mental health assessment and one thing I have is anxiety. I know it’s an awful feeling so I’m sorry you go through this. My mind can often do that too, especially since during panic attacks it felt like my heart was stopping so as you can imagine, i jumped to the worst conclusion.

I’m looking into ways to cope myself. I hope you find what you need to help you with your anxiety and things get better soon. Best of wishes

  14. I have an uncle that farts when he’s anxious, we took the plane together and since he’s afraid of flying, he farted the entire trip, people wanted to throw him out the plane.

  16. Hi fendermadison. A technique in EFT called constricted breathing will help you. Just google it and you will find ample of information of how to do it. Also if you search on here for EFT for better breathing there is a lady called Rebecca Marina who might help you too with her video.
    Best Wishes Julie.

  18. same thing… mine is definitely anxiety. Not so bad anymore. I used to smoke and i had trouble beathing one night and actually had a panic attack because of it. If you smoke quit, you’re body wants you to quit and your mind is reminding you. I still get it sometimes though when i’m stressed so it’s not abnormal. My biggest problem was difficulty swallowing and fear of choking on my food. Get some nasal spray, that helps the breathing too if you’re congested.

  20. This must be a terrible feeling. Did you try a Naturopathic Doctor?
In my oppinion this would be your best bet.
I am sorry to say but most doctors (MDs) die from the same diseases they can’t cure us from.

  22. Thank you. I am very open to anything at this point and had never heard of this method.

I suffer from an inability to catch my breath, as if there is not enough capacity in my lungs to have a fulfilling breath. It is much worse when I lie down for bed and after I’ve eaten. I’m certain it is anxiety but my mind often tries to convince me that It is something worse. I’ve seen doctors, had x-rays, and they all say I’m healthy…yet it feels like I’m drowning constantly.

    Anyone else??

Just to let you know when I go to your website I am redirected to a very unsafe site, of which McAfee warns not to go to as it causes a browser to be unsafe and allow viruses into your computer.
    I hope it helps.

  34. with EFT it does not matter which sides of the body you tap on since the meridians are on both sides, you can even tap on both sides at the same time with both hands for maximum effectiveness. cheers

  36. BY THE WAY AN IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IS THAT HER RIGHT SIDE IS OUR LEFT SIDE, AND ALL THE TAPPING POINTS R ON THE LEFT. SO TAP WITH UR RIGHT HAND ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE =) x

  46. Basically you are brainwashing your mind in to relaxing, teaching it to relax at a normal level rather than a hightened level. Over time you reprogram the amigdalla to maintain a lower level of stress or anxiety. The tapping as far as i am aware is just a way of preventing the mind from loosing focus because it is possible to think of two things at once. The tapping makes this far more difficult to not focus on what you are telling yourself. ITs a very powerful techique that really works.
